Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) frying chicken
    1 c. golden mushroom soup
    sherry or white wine
Preparation
    Cut chicken into quarters.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil both sides.
    Add soup and sherry to taste.
    Bake 40 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 4.
