Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stalks celery
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    1 oz. instant bouillon (beef or chicken)
    2 qt. hot water
    2 (5 oz.) jars or cans mushrooms, chopped
    3 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients.
    Put in slow cooker or oven pan. Add 2 quarts of hot water, mushrooms and rice.
    Cook on high until moisture is absorbed.
    Season with beef or poultry seasoning to taste.
    Continue cooking until light and fluffy.
    Serve hot with any meat dish or by itself.
