Lemon Chicken And Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into strips
    3 cans La Choy fried rice
    lemon pepper
    olive oil
    lemon juice from fresh lemon
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and lemon pepper chicken strips. In a frying pan brown chicken strips in olive oil until brown. Add cans of rice and 2 1/2 cans of water, simmer until rice has absorbed water. Squeeze 1 or 2 lemons over mixture and stir. Serve with egg rolls or rolls and salad for a complete meal.
