Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. unsifted flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and garlic in margarine with onion.
    Prepare sauce blending into vegetable mixture.
    Add 2 tablespoons Dry Sack sherry, 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley and 1 teaspoon lemon juice to prepared sauce.
    Serve hot with chicken, beef or vegetables.
