Food For Angels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    24 Escorts, ground
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually beat in sugar until very stiff.
    Add vanilla and pecans.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch well-greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Spread with 1 carton Cool Whip.
    Top generously with coconut.
