Chipa Guazu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

young corn kernels from 8 ears of corn (it helps to partially liquify)
1/4 onion, chopped finely
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. farmer cheese
4 oz. margarine
3 eggs
Preparation
-
Brown chopped onion in margarine and add milk.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Mix well and place in greased baking dish. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 4.
