Coney Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large chopped onion
    1 clove garlic (1/8 tsp. powder)
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate (Accent)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and break up.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Cook until onions cook down (about 1/2 hour).
    You can cut down on tomato sauce to make it less watery or add extra chili powder to make it hotter.
