Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. Crisco
1/4 tsp. salt
2 2/3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
5 eggs
Preparation

Combine margarine, Crisco, salt, sugar, flour and milk, and mix until well blended.
Add baking powder and flavoring.
Mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Mix well.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0
for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
