Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. Ritz crackers
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple (reserve 3 tablespoons juice).
    Combine sugar and flour and stir in reserved pineapple juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple; mix well.
    Put mixture in long casserole dish.
    Combine butter and cracker crumbs and put on mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until crumbs are brown.
