Crustless Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 oz. crabmeat
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.
    Beat eggs, Bisquick, butter, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Pour into 10-inch pie plate, then sprinkle crabmeat, cheese and bacon on top (press down gently).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 6.
