Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium baking potatoes
    3 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1/4 c. crumbled crisp bacon
    bacon drippings
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Rub potatoes well with drippings (this keeps them soft).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cut lengthwise into quarters.
    Scoop out potato, leaving 1/4-inch next to the skin.
    Brush with melted oleo.
    Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt, cheese and bacon. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Use remainder of potato for potato salad.
