Low-Fat Saucy Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. freshly ground raw turkey breast
    2/3 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. catsup
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, pepper and egg substitute in a large bowl; stir well.
    Shape turkey mixture into a loaf.
    Place turkey loaf on rack of a broiler pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Combine brown sugar, catsup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl, stirring well.
    Pour brown sugar mixture over turkey loaf, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Fat:
    4.4 grams per serving.
