Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
juice of 1 orange
2 Tbsp. melted oleo
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. cranberries, halved
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Combine juice, oleo and enough water to make 3/4 cup, then add beaten egg.
Pour this mixture into dry ingredients, mixing just to dampen.
Fold in cranberries and nuts.
Bake in greased pans, spread so higher on sides, at 350\u00b0.
