Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 (10 to 12 oz.) tomato ketchup
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in oil.
    Remove from pan and drain.
    Return to pan and cover with water 1 inch above beef.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add to meat and simmer for 30 minutes.
