Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium cucumber
1 small onion
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
2 dashes paprika
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. or more sour cream
1 Tbsp. green onion tops, cut in 1/2-inch pieces

Preparation

Slice cucumber thin.
Slice onion very thin .
Combine all other ingredients and pour over cucumber and onion.
Cover and chill about 15 minutes before serving.
This dressing may be used on cole slaw or other salad veggies.
