Chinese Ginger Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork ribs
    1 bay leaf
    2 garlic cloves
    1 small onion, quartered
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. beef bouillon
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tsp. powdered ginger
Preparation
    Put ribs in pot and cover with water; add the bay leaf, cloves and onion.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes.
    Have sauce ready to dip ribs in while they are hot.
