White Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Crisco shortening
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water (slight amount)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites, beaten until stiff
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Combine dry ingredients; add together with water.
    Fold in egg whites and bake at 350\u00b0 until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
