Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small red potatoes
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper, preferably white
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Bring 3-quart saucepan of water to a boil.
    Meanwhile, in a good processor, with the slicing blade, slice the unpeeled potatoes.
    Add the potatoes and unpeeled garlic cloves to the boiling water and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
