Nook'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. uncooked potatoes
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. carrots, sliced thin
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley
2 c. water
5 oz. shredded cheese (optional)
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes, celery, onion and carrots in water with seasonings until tender.
Mix flour with milk and add to the mixture and also the cheese.
Stir so cheese doesn't stick.
Do not boil after adding the milk.
