Garbanzo Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small, peeled, cubed avocado
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    4 oz. can diced mild green chiles (undrained)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    1 medium, chopped tomato
Preparation
    In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine beans, lemon juice and garlic; process 10 seconds.
    Add remaining ingredients except tomato.
    Process 30 to 45 seconds or until well blended.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate to blend flavors. Garnish with chopped tomato.
    Serve with tortilla chips or vegetable relishes.
    Yields 3 1/2 cups.
