Jaegerschnitzel (Hunter'S Chop) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 boneless pork chops or pork loin
    flour
    oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Sprinkle flour on meat generously and brown on both sides in small amount of oil.
    Add cream of mushroom soup.
    Simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Some water may be added to give sauce the desired consistency.
    Jaegerschnitzel may be served with mashed potatoes or noodles.
