Mom'S Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. ginger
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk, molasses, egg, Wesson oil and sugar.
    Add to flour, ginger, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda.
    Mix together well and bake in a 9 x 10-inch iron skillet sprayed with Pam for 20 to 25 minutes at 450\u00b0.
