Wild Goose - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 goose breast (cut up in half), legs and thighs
1 onion, cut in small pieces
1 lb. carrots
4 or 5 small potatoes, cooked whole, without skin
3 Tbsp. vegetable greens
Preparation

You
put
everything
in
your slow cooker and cook all day. Cook
on 3 or 4.
When you're goose gets tender, you put your thickener in, made of flour and water.
