Crock-Pot Roast Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. beef roast
1 1/2 c. apple cider
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. garlic powder
1/4 c. pepper
Preparation

Place beef in crock-pot.
Cover with other ingredients.
Cook on low 10 to 11 hours.
Thicken liquid with cornstarch to make gravy.
