Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 box Nilla wafers
    pie filling
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients (except wafers and pie filling) together. Place vanilla wafer on bottom of cupcake paper.
    Fill with filling.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes.
    Cool and top with cherry pie filling or other filling.
