Native American Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    4 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Melt butter and add it to the dry ingredients along with the milk.
    Gradually knead into a ball and place in a greased bowl. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    Next, pinch into golf ball sized pieces and deep fry at 450\u00b0, turning once.
