Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head or 1/2 large head cabbage, chopped
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. raw rice
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans Hunt's Italian sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with chopped cabbage.
    Mix hamburger with raw rice, egg, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle hamburger mixture over cabbage.
    Place more chopped cabbage on top.
    In saucepan heat Hunt's Italian sauce, garlic powder, brown sugar and lemon juice. Stir over low heat.
    Pour over cabbage.
    Poke holes to allow sauce through cabbage.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
