Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 pounds potatoes
2 - 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook peeled and diced potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash until smooth. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and butter. Beat until light and fluffy. Cool. Cover and place in refrigerator. May be used anytime within 2 weeks. To use, place desired amount in a greased casserole, dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes. Freezes well. 12 servings.
