Pasta Vodka(Entree) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 Tbsp. salted butter
    1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
    1 c. less 2 Tbsp. vodka
    1 c. canned tomato puree
    1 c. heavy cream or milk
    1 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 lb. pasta, cooked
Preparation
    Bring butter, pepper and vodka to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Add puree and milk or cream.
    Add pasta.
    Blend in cheese.

    Serves 4 to 6.
