Wild Rice Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice (not instant)
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    6 or 8 lean pork chops *
    1 1/2 c. water
    black pepper (I use coarse ground)
    1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained (can get at Tom Thumb or Safeway)
Preparation
    Mix contents of box, soup and water in 2-quart casserole.
    Add Chinese vegetables.
    Arrange pork chops on top.
    Sprinkle with black pepper.
    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 (do not cover). Serve with Chinese noodles and soy sauce.
    (This is great for working women, these chops with a vegetable and salad is a good meal).
    Yields 6 servings.
    Time to prepare:
    1 hour and 20 minutes.
