Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. flour
    3 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs with sugar for 10 minutes.
    In another bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt three times.
    In a small pan, heat milk and butter to just below boiling.
    Add sifted flour and milk mixture to beaten sugar and eggs.
    Pour into a greased tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
