Low Calorie Peach Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plain gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. mashed ripe peaches
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Dissolve softened gelatin in hot water.
    Add salt, sugar, peaches and lemon juice.
    Allow to jell slightly, then beat until mixture becomes fluffy and holds its shape.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Mold or pile lightly in sherbet glasses.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Only 50 calories each serving.
    Can be sweetened with artificial sweetener.
