Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickle or sweet pickle relish
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain
    and flake salmon.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Good served with crackers.
