Microwave Hollandaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. cream
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In a glass 2-cup measure, melt butter in microwave. Add all remaining ingredients and cook uncovered for 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds.
    Cook another minute, if not thick enough.
