Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans red kidney beans
2 cans hot chili beans
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. sliced onions
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. oil
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. red pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Saute onions and garlic in oil for 10 minutes.
Add beef. Brown and drain off grease. Add other ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
