Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cottage cheese (8 oz.)
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried basil
7 to 9 cooked lasagna noodles
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese (2 c.)
Preparation

Brown ground beef and sausage; drain.
Mix tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper and garlic with meat.
Mix egg, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano and basil in bowl.
Layer cooked noodles in baking pan, then meat mixture, next cottage cheese mixture, then Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
