Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown, scrambled sausage
    1 c. grated cheese
    6 pieces bread, crusts cut off
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. half and half or milk
Preparation
    Butter bottom of deep Pyrex dish.
    Butter both sides of bread; place on bottom of dish.
    Mix together other ingredients, except cheese; pour on top of bread.
    Sprinkle cheese on top. Refrigerate overnight.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
    Cut into squares and serve.
