Mexican Layered Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped tomato
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix beans, Velveeta cheese, 2 tablespoons of green onions and seasonings in a saucepan.
    Stir over low heat until Velveeta is melted.
