Oriental Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and drained
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
    1 c. sesame seed oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice (2 lemons)
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Preparation
    Soak bean sprouts and Chinese vegetables in cold water for several hours until crisp.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Wash, dry and chill spinach.
    In a bowl, combine oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, onion, sesame seed, salt and pepper; let stand for 1 hour. Arrange spinach in salad bowl; top with sprouts and Chinese vegetables, then water chestnuts.
    Pour dressing over and toss thoroughly.
