Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fat-free meat stock or 1 bouillon cube and 1 c. water
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. peas
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1/4 c. tomato juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare vegetables and add to broth.
    Boil together until tender, about 20 minutes.
    One serving is about 35 calories.
