Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 stick margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all well.
Pour into baking dish and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
