Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    4 c. sugar
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1 (16 oz.) can frozen orange concentrate
    juice of 2 fresh lemons
    5 bananas, well mashed
Preparation
    Boil water and sugar.
    Cool.
    Add remaining ingredients. Blend mixture well and freeze in plastic containers.
    When ready to use, begin thawing and add ginger ale, 7-Up or Sprite in punch bowl with frozen fruit mixture.
