Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. caramels, melted or caramel ice cream topping
    1/2 c. evaporated milk (small can)
    3/4 c. butter
    2 c. pecan pieces
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix.
    Pour 1/2 in pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Melt caramels, milk and butter on low heat (or use ice cream topping instead of the caramels, milk and butter).
    Pour over cake.
    Sprinkle pecans and chips on top.
    Put rest of cake mix on.
    Bake 20 more minutes.
