Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie shell or 2 if regular size
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. onion, diced
3/4 lb. Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1 pt. heavy cream
nutmeg (to sprinkle on top)
paprika (to sprinkle on top)
Preparation

Saute onion and mushrooms.
Cut cheese into bite size chunks and put on bottom of crust.
Add mushrooms and onion.
Beat eggs and cream together and pour them on top of mushrooms and onion. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then turn oven down to 350\u00b0; bake another 20 minutes.
