Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal mix
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 stick butter
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Preheat iron skillet over stove with butter in it.
Mix together all other ingredients and add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to mixture.
Place mixture in heated skillet.
Place in oven at 450\u00b0 until golden brown, approximately 25 minutes.
