Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed
    2 c. sugar
    1 can coconut
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 sticks melted margarine
    3 unbaked regular pie shells
Preparation
    Mash beans well (use juice), beat eggs and add sugar and all other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Freezes well.
    Tastes like pecan pie.
