Cal-O-Rific Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Neufchatel pasteurized cheese or cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 Tbsp. chopped celery (fine)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 or 4 drops hot sauce
    1/2 oz. jar Dromedary pimento pieces, drained
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; blend thoroughly.
    Chill.
    Serve with Wheat Thins crackers.
    Makes 1 cup dip.
