Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spinach, fresh or 3 pkg. chopped, frozen and squeezed dry
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 bunches scallions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. dill, dried
    1 lb. Feta cheese
    8 eggs, beaten or Egg Beaters
    1/2 lb. phyllo dough (approximately)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Saute onions in olive oil in frying pan until tender (I use water to cut down on fat).
    In a large bowl, combine spinach, parsley, dill, eggs and cheese.
    Add scallions, mix well.
    Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased (or Pam) baking pan with 4 sheets phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with butter or margarine. Spread spinach mixture over top of dough and top with 3 sheets of dough, brushing each with butter.
