Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. lard
1/2 c. milk, scalded
1 pkg. dry or 1 cake compressed yeast
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Add lard to scalded milk and cool to lukewarm.
Add crumbled yeast and let soften for about 10 minutes.
Add flour and salt and mix thoroughly.
Knead dough for about 5 minutes.
Place on greased cookie sheet or round pizza pan.
Cover with towel and let stand in warm place until doubled in size.
Add Pizza Topping as desired after punching down dough and patting 1/8 to 1/4-inch thickness.
Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
