Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
12 oz. Nestle semi-sweet morsels
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine sugar, oil and vanilla and mix well.
Add zucchini; mix until thick.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add morsels and nuts.
Combine all ingredients together.
Pour into loaf pan, greased and floured.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting into slices.
